How many sq ft. is the venue?

What is the maximum occupancy?

We can seat 400 guests and our venue can hold up to 600 guests for concerts.

How can I book a date?

You’ll need to visit us at the Grand Ivy Point to book the venue. Give us a call to
schedule your tour.

How many hours will we have the venue for?

The standard package includes 6 hours but it is possible to have events for up to more hours, as many as the client wants to pay for.

How much time will we have to decorate the venue?

You will have 6 hours of decoration time.

What is included in the package?

We have a few packages to choose from. The price varies depending on the size of the
salon and the size of the party. Give us a call or email us to know more.

Are there decoration packages available?

Yes, we can provide different packages for all types of events.

Can I bring my own decorator?

The venue will provide you with a list of preferred vendors. The venue will charge a
fee if your decorator is not on our list.

Can I bring my own catering company?

We have our own chef with different food options.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

Yes, you can bring your own alcoholic beverages. (Corkage fee is required)

Do you have any other dance floors?

Yes, you can rent a LED dance floor.

Do you have a full kitchen?

No, our kitchen is only for our catering use.

Do you guys do catering?

Yes, we can recommend different menus.

Do you have a private room?

Yes, we have a private room you can use.

What is the difference between the 2 salons?

The number of guests. The main room can host a party of up to 400 people and the petite room can host a party of up to 60 people.

Do you provide linens, plates, glassware and silverware?

Yes, we can provide you with different options for these items for an additional charge.
